Standard terms and conditions
The National Security Inspectorate (NSI) is a certification body specialising in the security and fire safety sector.
Control Group holds a Gold accreditation for the design, installation and maintenance of electronic security systems. This is the security industry’s highest professional certification and is awarded only where the very highest levels of security performance can be demonstrated. We are proud that the high standards, business excellence and technical capabilities we strive for have been recognised in this way.
BAFE is the independent registration body for third party certified fire protection companies across the UK. We hold an accreditation for Fire Detection and Alarm Installations (SP203) awarded by BAFE so you can be assured that the fire protection systems we design and install are of the quality and standard that you demand. We also hold the BSI kitemark associated with the audit of this discipline.
From 25 May 2018 GDPR will come into effect. We have a team of people, led by our Data Protection Officer, who have been working hard to update our policies and processes, ensure the compliance of our partners and suppliers and embedding data privacy into our operations through staff training.
We have changed our terms and conditions to reflect the changes in law.
Our Admin, Finance and Operations and Account Management teams will continue to communicate with clients as they always have, to ensure that contractual obligations remain fulfilled.
When it comes to marketing, we will always seek consent from new and prospective customers. We’ll make sure you know exactly how your data will be used and who it will be shared with. We will always provide clear and easy options for opting out.
